Rental and contact forms use your name, email, phone number, travel dates, preferred vehicle, pickup location and message to prepare an enquiry. We do not request payment card details, licence scans or passport copies through these forms.
Email and WhatsApp enquiries
These forms prepare a message in your chosen email or WhatsApp app. You review and send it there. The form does not automatically email V-Care. Information you send is handled through the selected service and is subject to that service’s privacy terms.
Member area
Membership, account registration and saved trips are currently paused. The public rental enquiry form does not create an account or save your form details in our website database.
Hosting and service providers
Hosting providers process technical information to operate and secure the website. The site does not add marketing trackers. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; your browser may contact that service when loading a page.
Purpose and your choices
Information you send is used to respond to enquiries and arrange rentals. To request access, correction or deletion of your profile or other information held by V-Care, contact us. Information may need to be retained where required for a rental agreement, accounting or an applicable legal obligation.
